It was born with the purpose of promoting video creation as a social cultural wealth and to give visibility to artists who work in this medium. In this second edition we want to bring together an ample array of video pieces and offer a sample of the most interesting proposals that are taking place in the international creative scene which we understand offer a thematic, conceptual or poetic discourse that reflects the complexity and peculiarity of our time. We want to accommodate all kinds of technical and aesthetic proposals. We want to offer plurality and variety within the standards of artistic quality.
